We have had the electronic board replaced, the top rack dishes don't clean unless pre-washed, and the silverware holder tops don't stay in place. Furthermore, the unit leaked after the board was replaced. Noise Level One of the few things we like about it. Cleaning Time It takes a little longer due to the efficiency. Design Again, the silverware tops don't stay in place and the dishes on top don't always come out clean. Durability Electronic board lasted less than one year. I would not recommend this product.
