Keebler is a company well known for their delicious cookies. They would have commercials on television that would show the Keebler Tree House and Ernie would be there too. One day, I was watching a shopping channel on tv when this item came up. A Keebler Treehouse Cookie Jar! I started to fall in love with it almost immediatley and thought I just had to have this cookie jar! So I ordered it and when it came here to my home, I was very carefull to get it loose from the styrofoam. The jar is beautiful to look at. The roof is made in 7 different shades of green. The characters are standing away from the jar and it appears that no one was home for that treehouse. Even Grandma is standing beside the tree holding her plate of nice hot cookies for you. You can almost smell them. This jar I bought is a millinium edition so it is dated 2000 on the bottom of it. It also came with a coupon to get a free package of any Keebler Cookies. I have this jar put up and don't want my kids or grandkids to play with this. There are some other tree house cookie jars also on the market but this one is my favorite as it is the one that has grandma on the side holding her tin of cookies she is offering you.
