I actually own the 36" Jenn-Air Electric Radiant Cooktop (JEC9536BDB). When I moved into the house we bought, this cooktop was already installed. I would have never purchased it; I'd never even heard of Jenn-Air, but I've been converted to a Jenn-Air lover. I'd prefer a gas cooktop over an electric, but if I have to use an electric I want it to be this one. It's relatively easy to keep clean. When it gets really dirty, I just bust out the barkeeper's friend and give it a good scrub. I love the two element sizes in one position and the "on" and hot surface indicator lights. This range heats up quickly and cools down relatively fast for an electric cooktop with a glass-ceramic surface.
