My grandmother gave this to me when she heard we were expecting our first.  A little before and soon after his birth my husband and I became avid baby-wearers.  The Infantino Go-Go Rider baby carrier is absolutely awful, especially if you love baby-wearing.  My husband and I both found it incredibly challenging to use properly and couldn't get our son positioned comfortably in at.  We tried numerous times.  My son LOVES to be worn, and he hated being carried in this carrier.  The pouch where the baby is supposed to be seated makes the baby dangle from the crotch, which is not only uncomfortable for the baby but is horrible for their hips and spine.   Overal, the design is initially appealing.  It is padded and is attractive (ours is blue).  However, it is uncomfortable (for baby and the wearer), it promotes poor spinal alignment and development in the baby, it is complicated for the user and definitely not worth whatever it retails for.
