If you are on the go and live a hectic life, this is the best computer for you. Although it may be a little heavier than most currently, it is rugged. The keys worked well after lots of use, something that other computers can not tote. My five year old son has spilled drinks on this computer and after frantic wiping and upside drying, this computer worked fine. It has also been dropped on to it's screen and was also fine. It may have also been stomped on by a 50 pound child, so like I said, super rugged. Ease of Use Pretty easy to use, Windows operating system, which most of the world is familiar with. Has a great ten key for those that need it, especially useful for my accounting classes. Battery Life Now the battery life, that could be better. Make sure to not continuously charge the battery, you will watch your battery life dwindle quickly. I am down to about an hour and a half. Support & Service I have never had an issues where I needed support and service.
