While I am not a huge fan of microwavable meals, I did like the Healthy Choice Sweet & Sour Chicken Fresh Mixers. One thing that I did notice when I ate this entree is that the pineapple taste is very strong throughout it, so if you don't like pineapple I wouldn't recommend this. Also, most microwavable meals are high in sodium so if you are trying to watch your sodium intake you are better off with fresh food. I loved how quickly and perfectly this entree cooked through. It had two separate compartments, with the rice being on the lower level to absorb the water from the rest of the frozen food to cook properly without burning. The rice wasn't burned at all and was nice and fresh. I found this entree at the grocery store and it was well priced. The chicken didn't lose it's breading at all when it cooked which was a nice surprise, as it tends to get flaky in the microwave. I would highly recommend trying this entree if you are in the mood for Chinese food but don't want to consume all the calories that usually come hand in hand with it!
