I would not say this product is my favorite eye shadow on the market but I really do like Hard Candy. This eye shadow goes on very good after a few brush strokes to make it look darker and with using a primer beforehand, it does a decent job at staying on without having the need to reapply it through-out the day more than once or twice. If it contains glitter, the glitter does tend to fall off while applying- onto your cheeks but for the most part it stays on the eyelid. The colors they have are really pretty and some are bright. My preference is the black/glitter one. I only wish the shadows weren't so expensive because then I would buy more. 6.00 for an eye shadow is pricy in my opinion considering it's just a small item. You can find this brand of eyeshadow easily at a popular retailer. Hard Candy is one of my favorite brands of make-up but I do enjoy their eyeshadow products the most.

i love the color, and the richness of the shades. the only problem i have with it, which may not be an issue with everybody, is that it is very quick to fade! i have tocarry the pot and a brush with me, (especially when i work), and it does need reapplied a few times at least. (this is in one shift at work). luckily, or the price, the pot has a very good amount of eyeshadow in it. (more then most other products ive tried), so it doesnt seem to go any quicker, even with the reapplying;p the shades are awesome! they have a pretty good variety to choose from, and the price is pretty reasonable. it would be nice to see some coupons for hard candy products;p, but as a treat, i do grab a couple of their products on shopping trips, (especially the ones where im saving lots of money with other coupons, lol) the pot does not come with an applicator, which is fine, since you can buy a pack of those for next to nothing. i just wish the pot had a place to hold one;p

I picked this brand up the other day because I liked some of the colors they had displayed. I grabbed the green and purple and I was pleasantly surprised with how good the quality of the shadow was for the cost. The colors were very vibrant and shimmery.It went on really smooth with a brush or an eye shadow aplicator; and it was also beautiful to blend, really easy to work with. I also thought it was really fun to use it with water. or just a damp brush, it brought out the colors way more. Using it dry with a bigger brush gave a smokey look. I loved how bold the colors looked, and that the color was as vibrant on my eye as it was in the box. I was definitely a good find. I'm very glad I decided to pick it up. I've recommended it to some of my friends already, I think it should be in every make up bag. They have a lot of awesome colors to choose from, too; and the cost is definitely worth it.

i love this stuff. hard candy sells great makeup all around, whether its eye shadow, liner, blush or lip gloss. its all just amazing. ive been using hard candy makeup since i was 12 and im almost 20 now. anyway, hard candy offers many different palates and colors to use and they last for a while. i love going out at night and making my makeup look sexy and the colors that hard candy offers are perfect for that. especially since a bunch of their colors have sparkles and shimmer in them and its not overkill when you wear it. but you can also wear these eye shadows during the day if you wear subtle light colors. dont ever use way too much eye shadow, use colors opposite the color of your eyes and i promise it will make your eyes just pop. use a little shimmer near your tear duct and youve got it. which is exactly why all the sparkles and shimmer in these shadows is perfect. its not too much, but not too subtle.its perfect to go out during the day or for a sexy evening out.
