I recently purchased a Haier 39" tv for my bedroom because it was less expensive than other brands. I figured since it was the least used televisionin the house, a quality name brand didn't matter. I had never heard of Haier, but bought it anyway to save money. When I turned it on, I realized that it had a better quality than the expensive big screen in my living room did. The picture is so very clear and well defined. The sound is phenomenal. To say I was surprised is an understatement!!! My husband wants to swap it out with the name brand. No way! If you're looking for an inexpensive, high quality flat screen tv, this is a great one! I have never been more pleased with any other type of electronics.
