I bought this TV from the Sony outlet a couple of years ago. It is well built, sturdy and has a great picture. It was easy to set up and since it replaced an old 27 inch regular TV it's a big improvement. We like to watch movies and sports games on it. The picture is big enough to be able to play XBOX 360 Kinect games on a split screen comfortably. We do have this sitting on the stand it came with instead of hanging on the wall. The size is appropriate for having a large group over to watch it. the kids seem to have no problem working the remote. The only drawback I see to this TV is that if I want a bigger one I'm going to have to wait- I think it's going to last a while. You do have to buy the HDMI cable to be able to connect it and watch it. I think it's a good deal for the money.
