Grey Goose Vodka Review Summary

Premium liquors are often quite expensive but Grey Goose Vodka is one premium liquor that isn’t extremely expensive and often fits into the budgets of most people. Reviewers love Grey Goose for its smoothness and its great taste as a mixer with many fruit juices. Many reviewers also claim that Grey Goose vodka is less likely to cause a hangover and most feel “Grey Goose Vodka is Unbeatable” and is growing bigger and better, like one reviewer who says “It’s More Popular by the Day”. Yes, the price is still higher than popular priced vodka brands but for a premium product in the world of Liqour and Spirits, Grey Goose is one of the best available vodkas.

Among the different types of liquor available on the market, vodka is the type that is often the least distinguishable. Many admit that they have a difficult time telling one vodka from another and this is part of the reason why inexpensive vodkas sell so well. But to the discerning palate there is an unmistakable difference with some of the premium vodkas and one that I reach for when I feel the urge for some clear liquor is Grey Goose Vodka, a premium vodka produced in France

Vodka Commentary:

Grey Goose Vodka is completely clear and flows as smoothly as a glass of water. The nose on Grey...

I have become a vodka snob after the first time I tried Grey Goose.  Most vodka gives you the stinging nostrills for at least the first few sips.  But, Grey Goose is so incredibly smooth.  When mixed with tonic water and lime (my favorite), it tastes like a Sprite or 7-up.  The only downfall of this spirit (other than its expensive pricetag), it's almost a little TOO smooth and you can get drunk pretty easily off of it.  Be safe!

Grey Goose certainly is a 'good' vodka and it's all I would drink until I was tricked into drinking a vodka that is 1/3 (or less) the price of Grey Goose. The less expensive vodka is so smooth that I, in turn, have tricked other 'high end' vodka drinkers. Revealing what they actually drank and enjoyed has surprised everyone I experimented on. No one got upset or angry as it's truly hard to tell the difference.

This is a good vodka but it's certainly not the best tasting. I've visited several small distilleries and have found that most small batch handcrafted vodkas taste better than mass produced vodkas like grey goose. I think people like this vodka more because of it's name/popularity. But anyways, this vodka beats Level vodka hands down.

Grey Goose is a little more pricey than most vodka, but it is worth the extra cash. Smooth taste and great effects! I like to drink Grey Goose with water and a Crystal light on the go packet or just water itself. It is one of the few types of vodka I have ever tried that is smooth with water. Grey Goose vodka is by far my favorite vodka because I almost never have a hangover after drinking Grey Goose, as opposed to other brands of vodka. As a college student, it is safe to say that many other young adults my age tend to purchase vodka based on price only, but once you actually splurge one time...

Grey Goose is a good Vodka, plain and simple.

For the price, though, there is much better (Ed Phillips & Sons Prairie or Iceland Reyka).

It's quite smooth, minimal taste, but distinguasble non-the-less; I'd recommend this product, though, as a last resort; if there's nothing else available and you're choosing between 5 Vodka and this, pick this.

I am a waitress and a bartender, and every time someone asks for a vodka martini, I always recommend Grey Goose, and it's never a hard sell.  Not only is it my favorite vodka, it apparently is everyone else's too!  It's extremely smooth, and doesn's burn the throat on the way down.  Perfect for a martini.

If I'm going to have a drink, I would rather have a good quality drink that tastes good rather than a cheap tasting drink for a few dollars cheaper.

Gray Goose is well worth the price. It is smooth tasting and weather doing a shot, having a martini or a mixed drink, it is the best tasting vodka around,

i've been drinking grey goose for about ten years and have to say that it is the smoothest vodka i've ever tasted.  i drink it plain over ice, as a gibson(with onions) as a martini(with olives) or with tonic and a twist of lemon.  in all cases, i find that grey goose is a superior vodka.

Grey Goose is by far the best vodka I have had. I love it ice cold from the freezer, or mixed with orange juice in the morning. The extra dollars are totally worth it.

Disclaimer: make sure you are keeping track of how much you've had, this stuff will creep up on you!

I'm a social drinker, but when I do drink it's typically vodka... and Grey Goose is one of my favorites. It is incredibly smooth and tastes good in soda and juice. Also if you want to enjoy a shot, try it with Grey Goose and it will go down much easier.
