I purchased this laptop last month after seeing it for a great deal at Best Buy. I have had an Acer netbook and an Acer laptop in the past. I really like Acer and Gateway (which is owned by Acer) is the top of the line for their brand. This laptop is quite fast due to the triple core processor. It also has 500gb memory and 4gb of memory. That is plenty for a laptop. The 15.6 inch screen is just the right size. This laptop is user friendly, stylish, and reliable. The battery life isn't too bad. It lasts about 3 hours with moderate use. This laptop would be great for a starter laptop and is great for watching DVDs as well. I would definitely recommend this laptop to anyone who likes Acer/Gateway.
