This was my first Gateway that I have ever purchased. I purchased it because I was told that it was a good product and it was recommended at an Electronic Specialty store. Ever since Day one I have had my computer in the shop for little things that should not have went wrong just from normal every day use. I would not recommend Gateway to any one else and I would not and do not plan to ever by another one. The last computer I had was a Dell Insprion and sold it because I wanted a laptop and it is still in just as good of shape as it was when I sold it. My opinion don't waste your money.
