I am very happy with my product. Performance This microwave works very well. I don't have absolutely no issues with it that come to mind. I feel like I got one of the best when I paid for this over the range microwave. Settings/Features There are many simple settings and features. Ones that i use quite often are the "potato" setting. Or such ones like "popcorn" or "beverage." But the best part about these features is that they work so well. There isn't the hassle of something not being warm enough. It always heats nice and quickly. Ease of Cleaning The only reason I can complain about cleaning this microwave is because I HATE cleaning microwaves. This one is just a little more difficult to clean because its not a countertop microwave. I often bring out a step stool. Other than that it's a simple wipe down from time to time to keep it looking nice. Ease of Use Very easy to use. There's no crazy ridiculous features on the microwave that you won't be able to figure out on your own. There will be no need for having your nose in the manual. Durability Frigidaire makes great products. This microwave is very durable and I trust this product. The only thing I don't like is that I feel I have to pull a little to hard to open the microwave door at times. Design The design is beautiful. I have a lot of mixed stainless steel and black products in my kitchen so this microwave was a perfect addition.

We have lived in our house three years now and have had no problems with this microwave. It cooks foods fast and has lots of useful preset settings for popcorn, defrosting, potatoes, beverages etc. When food is done the beep is quite loud so you are aware that it has finished. It will continue to beep every couple of minutes for the first while so you don't forget that you left something in the microwave (as I have done before when I am in a hurry). The stainless steel is great. Easy to wipe clean when dirty and the keypad is easy to keep clean as well. The microwave is a good size to put glass pans that are square in and larger Tupperware sets for cooking. Large rectangle pans obviously are hard to use because when the plate rotates it hits the door, but I would imagine that would happen with most microwaves. It heats up foods very quickly and cooks extremely well! I would recommend this microwave given that we have had no issues with it.
