I don't like the fiber powder at all, so I have been on the search for a fiber supplement that would give me the fiber I need, without breaking the bank. The Fiber Choice Fiber Supplement Chewable Tablets are great option for people looking for a fiber supplement with similar criteria to mine. While I don't take them every single day, I do take them on days when I haven't had a lot of fiber in my diet. They work great at helping me stay balanced, but they are more for regulation than immediate relief for me. They are well priced, with a bottle usually lasting me well over a month, but like I said I don't take them every day. They come in different flavors like orange, berry, and strawberry that taste okay. The tablets are relatively large but very easy to chew. The bottle that these chewable tablets come in is easy to open, and closes very well so the tablets don't dry out at all.
great way to supplement fiber
Generally, I like to have fiber supplements on hand on the off chance of any digestive problems. Since I prefer to have myself and my family deal with any tummy issues in a more natural way (other than laxatives or suppositories), I feel as though having a variety of fiber products in the house is the way to go.
I like how these a chewable and taste a little bit like candy. When my daughter has issues with her digestion, I'll have her take 2 tablets in the morning before she leaves for school and by the time she gets home, she'll be ready to have a bowel movement.
These are a little on the pricey side though, and are not really great if you are using fiber supplementation as a dietary aid, since they are not low calorie and you might need 4-6 tablets daily to cleanse out your system.
Great for minor stomach issues, supplementing fiber intake, and weight management. Not recommended for those with severe digestive issues or for weight loss.
I bought these to try something different and I was attracted to the bright-colored package. I purchased the assorted berry flavor. However, I was really disappointed with the taste of the product. It was very chalky and not pleasant tasting. Worst of all, the tablets would dry out my mouth and get lodged between my teeth and on my gums. While I finished the entire container, I plan to go back to my fiber pills.

I had problem with fiber pills (they are too big for me to swallow) and the drink mix is gross (the husk does not dissolve completely in liquid) so chewables were my only other option and I'm glad I made the switch. Easy to chew and it comes in tasty flavors (apple, grape, strawberry) and best of all it works. My oval ratings would be 10 out of 10.
Great Flavor without the after taste
I received these first as a sample and LOVED them. I picked some up just to have on hand. My husband and I both liked them enough to take them along with our regular daily vitamins. The flavor is not real over powering like some of the chewable vitamins. We will be continuing to use them. I like what they do for me.
Takes Care of the Problem
**Intro**My doctor told me not too long ago that to solve my my recent gastrointestinal problems, the answer was more fiber. I've been trying to do what I could nutritionally, adding and replacing fiber in my diet, but some days getting in a lot of fiber just isn't an option. Talking to another woman recently, she was saying she was working more fiber into her diet as well, and as an added benefit, she'd lost 20 pounds. She was using a supplement. I started analyzing my pattern and realized when my fiber choices were bad, I not only didn't feel well, I also struggled with my weight. I figured I would try a supplement on those days when there was no way I'd ever be able to work enough fiber into my diet, and at a time when we're undergoing a major kitchen renovation, and the unhealthy options are more readily available, it seems more important than ever.**Product**Analyzing my choices while at the pharmacy, I decided on chewable tablets over a powder that gets mixed into a drink. The fiber amount offered was pretty similar. I chose the one choice that would give me the most fiber, and that's Fiber Choice Chewable Tablets. Two tablets once daily gives me 4 grams or 16% of the daily amount of fiber I need. At some point it almost seems like 100% would be hard to come by, but maybe that's the reason we're always being told we need more fiber.Fiber Choice Chewable Tablets come in Assorted Fruit Flavors as well as Orange Flavor. The Assorted Fruit Flavors are Sugar Free, and the Orange Flavor is offered both in a Sugar Free version as well as regular. The flavor is pleasant and not bitter, but it leaves a definite chalky taste in your mouth. **Result**I feel better when I'm getting the proper amount of fiber in my diet, whether it be through diet or supplements. I'd rather work it naturally into my diet, but when it' snot an option, it's simply not an option. I not only feel better, I'm definitely more regular, and those two most certainly go hand-in-hand. It is easier to keep the weight off when taking fiber, and again, it probably goes hand-in-hand with the other results. I haven't suffered any negative results from taking Fiber Choice Chewable Tablets, and I've been taking them for a week.**Conclusion**It makes me feel better to take the Fiber Choice Chewable Tablets, and suffering from gastrointestinal problems most of my life, anything that helps that along is always welcome.

If my colon could talk.... it would ask for FiberChoice!
We all know we should have more fiber in our diet, but let's be realistic: it is very difficult to reach the 25 grams per day goal. If you checked the fiber contained in few vegetables you could get easily disappointed.... You would need to eat a huge amount of vegetables to get enough fiber. In a typical day you would need to eat: 2 medium apples (8 grams) + 1 cup pineapple (2 grams) + 1 cup carrots (6 grams) + 2 large oranges (4 grams) + 2 cups of lettuce (2 grams) + 1 cup spinach (3 grams). My jaw aches just of thinking about it. The solution: Fiber Choice. Two tablets give you 16% of the recommended daily valueand it really works. It is delicious, easy to carry in your bag, you don't have to worry about dissolving it, it is sugar free and now it even comes with antioxidants. I don't expect a fiber supplement to be my only source of fiber, I like my vegetables (just not in industrial quantities) but I also like to have options.

Fiber choice is tasty, but not as effective.
Fiber Choice Chewable Tablets are tasty, I have tried the orange flavor and the strawberry flavor.
Fiberchoice tablets are very yummy, taste a lot like candy. I like them alright, but there are better things out there to get your fiber and to help with irregularity. I didn't really feel like it helped much. They made me kind of gassy as well. (sorry if too much information!) They are also pretty expensive in comparision to other fiber supplement products.
They do seem to go on sale quite a bit though. And you can usually get coupons for it as well.. I got some really good deals on the 2 bottles I bought.
You would think they would work really well since they have so much fiber in one tablet, but in my opinion psyliium seed pills or citrucel work better. It is nice that they have a sugar free version. They still taste really good and its nice to have a healthier option. Its also nice to not have to swallow a pill and feel like its stuck in your throat.
Works yes, Taste not so great.
Its a clear problem for the people living in the United States. We don't get enough fiber in our diets. This is my product to solve the problem of my lack of fiber. It works effectively. The results were seen within 24 hours. Just take 2 (or 1 like I do) and your system will be working great. It's much nicer than eating "special" yogurt that tastes horrible. This can even work for children. Just half tablet and they are good as well.
The only problem I have is the taste. I've tried the assorted flavors and the orange flavor. In the assorted flavors, there was two flavors that I could barely force myself to take. The other flavors were fine and quite tastely actually. Currently I'm taking the orange flavor. Its good and matches the flavor of my multi vitamin. The texture of the tablet is a bit chalky but its not bad.
Overall, I'm glad I found a quick on the go fiber chewable that I can take without water.
