Worst customer service ever! FTD is giving Comcast a run for their money for having the worst customer service. Overseas call center told me my order was cancelled with no explanation and then hung up on me. I called back and talked to another agent who told me that everything was fine with my order and it was set for delivery on 5/14. I find out today that the flowers were delivered on 5/8 instead of 5/14 (and I paid extra for Sunday delivery) and that they were delivered to my mother's neighbor as she was out of town. I called back today and spoke with another overseas call center agent who again told me that the order was cancelled. I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and she refused to transfer my call. After waiting on hold for several minutes, the agent hung up on me. I called back again and asked to speak to a manger or supervisor and the agent refused to transfer me to anyone. That agent told me that he could assist me, but did nothing to help. When I asked him for his name and employee number so that I could file a complaint I was hung up on again. I tried to leave a review on FTD's Facebook page, but the site is not set up for that. So I left this review in the comments of FTDs posts. They have now blocked me from their site instead of addressing the issue. I will not use FTD in the future.
