I've been shopping at Drugstore.com for quite some time now. With the free shipping options and vast array of products, I am able to catch sales and save money on these items. They are also partnered with MyPoints and Upromise, so each time you buy credit is given to you. This site is really convenient! You can purchase all of your drugstore items and have them shipped to your door. I've bought items that range from mascara to a Swiffer without any problem! — Any item that is covered by a Flex Spending Account is noted and you can print out a record of what items you purchased so that you can be reimbursed for those items if you have a FSA. — I also like that the site remembers what you have purchased previously. As a college student in Washington DC, drugstore.com has been a lifesaver for basic toiletry needs. When my roommates and I need to stock up on things like toilet paper and paper towels, a trip to the grocery store becomes problematic when we have to carry everything home.  With drugstore.com though, we can order online and receive our goods within the next few days.  Shipping has always been really speedy, and I don't believe I've ever waited longer than three days, even though I always select the cheapest shipping option.  Free shipping is standard on orders over $49, but… read full review »

I purchased a digital camera from DrugStore.com and it is anything but high quality. Yes, it was a good deal but I guess you get what you pay for. I emailed customer support, over a week ago. I did receive the traditional "we recived your email", noreply from the site but have yet to find out how I can return the camera, for a refund. This is a terrible way to do customer service and there is not even a customer service phone number on the site.
