My wife and I recently purchased a new 5,000 sq. ft. home near the beach. We have two very active children and figured a central vacuum unit would be the best solution for removing all the sand and dirt they track in. I spent about two weeks researching different models and stumbled upon the DrainVac Viper, a central vacuum system on Think Vacuums website ( www.thinkvacuums.com ). Listed as their "Best Value" I would have to agree with them. We have been using the DrainVac Viper now for about 5 months with out any problems. It fit nicely in the corner of our garage and isn't an eye sore. The installation hardware was included and wasn't difficult to install as our home was already piped for a central vacuum system. Cleaning The DrainVac is very easy too. You can go bagless or use the Teflon-Coated HEPA filter bag, which I recommend the later. Our youngest has allergies and because the suction and collection unit is located in the garage dust particles are not circulated throughout the house during cleaning. I would recommend the DrainVac Viper based on value, product life and quality. We were very pleased with the service Think Vacuums provided us. It was a little overwhelming in the beginning trying to find the right central vacuum but, after reading their website and speaking with Iris, our decision was obvious.My brother is already considering one as a replacement to their conventional vacuum.
