I have had this receiver since it was released and despite numerous software releases it still is unstable at best. Constantly having to reconnect for sling, being told it was my problem (regardless of how well Netflix works) or having to restart the receiver when I am miles from home. Nothing better than calling home so someone can reset my receiver. As for as local television viewing it works as well as any other VIP receiver they offer but watching remotely has never worked properly.
