Great computer for home use and easy to use with no problems. The Compaq has lasted me a long time with no problems. The Compaq does everything I need it to do from school work to just getting on Facebook and playing games. Ease of Use The Compaq laptop is very easy to use with no problems. Every thing is laid out and easy to understand. The Compaq beginning screen will teach you step by step to set up your computer so you can have it the way you want it. Battery Life The battery life is good about 6 hours if you don't over charge it. If you over charge it will kill the battery and you will not have but about and hour between charges. Support & Service The service people are real ice and very helpful. I called with a problem and they helped me with no trouble at all. the service people sent me what I needed and it took care of my issue and I was very satisfied. Speed/Performance The speed and performance is great with the Compaq laptop. I am able to fly through the internet with no drag at all. Design The design is very good with the laptop not heavy at all. The keyboard is laid out where it easy to navigate. Durability The Compaq is very durable because I have tossed mine around and it is still going strong. Nothing on the computer has not broken or falling off and its 2 years old.
