The Breadman Breadmaker TR2700 is so easy to use and cook bread. There is a nut and fruit tray which allows you to drop in additional mix-ins during the baking process. However, more than once the mix-ins did not drop into the baking bread properly. The loaves of bread are always well-done and light and crispy as desired. There are many baking options available which you can select on the numeric keypad. The keypad itself feels like it doesn't reflect the quality of the overall machine. The keypad feels a little cheap. Overall, it is a really great value for the home kitchen. You can even use the breadmaker to knead dough such as for making challah breads. We love the smell of freshly baking bread in our home! One other plus is that you do not need to buy special ingredients or special mixes for the bread machine. You can use common every day ingredients such as flour, sugar, etc. to make the breads. If given the chance, I would buy this machine again!
