Probably works for some people
I purchased the Best Fitness Inversion Table for my wife's birthday. She used it once and never used it again because she did not like the feeling of being upside down. The Inversion Table did appear to be made of very high quality parts and had several safety mechanisms. It was also easy to assembly and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. My two daughters loved to play with it flipping upside down, which was definitely not the intention of the table which was another reason to let it go (keep away from kids). I would say that this table probably would benefit someone, but I would also look into the tables that lay flat and stretch you out. Also, the inversion table does not store very well and needs an decent amount of space (take that into consideration). I ended up selling the table on craigslist. Again, appeared to be good quality, high safety design, but did not help alleviate my wife's back pain so that is why I would not recommend it unless you are fine with blood rushing to your head.
