Best Fitness BFINVER10 Inversion Table

Best Fitness BFINVER10 Inversion Table
Everyday life has its ups and downs, and your spine pays the price for all of them. The Best Fitness BFINVER10 Inversion Table is designed to relieve stress, reduce back pain, increase flexibility and improve your posture by suspending your body's weight in a comfortable, controllable motion.

A strong, stable base supports a comfortably padded nylon backboard. The BFINVER10 features a spring-loaded safety strap to ensure stability during inversion. A graduated scale on the extension bar allows simple, fast adjustments to accommodate users up to 0 ft, 00 inches tall. For additional comfort, adjustable ankle cuffs provide a custom fit that cannot be achieved with foam rollers common to many inversion tables. Best of all, you can simply pull two pins on the BFINVER10 to collapse and fold it away into any closet.

Comments about Best Fitness BFINVER10 Inversion Table:

I purchased the Best Fitness Inversion Table for my wife's birthday. She used it once and never used it again because she did not like the feeling of being upside down. The Inversion Table did appear to be made of very high quality parts and had several safety mechanisms. It was also easy to assembly and the directions were very clear and easy to understand. My two daughters loved to play with it flipping upside down, which was definitely not the intention of the table which was another reason to let it go (keep away from kids). I would say that this table probably would benefit someone, but I would also look into the tables that lay flat and stretch you out. Also, the inversion table does not store very well and needs an decent amount of space (take that into consideration). I ended up selling the table on craigslist. Again, appeared to be good quality, high safety design, but did not help alleviate my wife's back pain so that is why I would not recommend it unless you are fine with blood rushing to your head.
