Fantastic!

Until recently, I had never had any need for children's allergy medication. Then my daughter showed an allergy to Amoxicillin. When she first began taking it there was no reaction, but after a couple of days I started to see some red blotches on her legs. By the end of the day her entire body was covered in hives. I called her doctor and asked what to do. She said it was a reaction to the Amoxicillin and that I could give her some Children's Benadryl. We chose this dye free variety because it just seems healthier than the one with dyes in it. Even though it's not pink, it still has the great bubblegum flavor that my daughter loves. She usually hates taking any kind of medicine but after her first taste of this Benadryl she took it willingly every time after. Not having to fight with her to get her to take it is such a huge bonus! Children's Benadryl relieved her hives very quickly. I was so grateful! It's awful to see your toddler so uncomfortable.

Children's Benadryl Dye-Free Allergy works without causing stain

Children's Benadryl Dye-Free Allergy Antihistamine works without causing stains.  Unlike other flavors of allergy medicine, this product is clear -- thus it does not stain.  However, even though it is clear and does not stain, it Does still taste good --  Bubble Gum Flavored good.  We Alwasy keep a bottle of Children's Benadryl Dye-Free Allergy Antihistamine around for "just in case" we need it.  Some children's medicines have dyes in teh product that cause stains when the child either spits it up, vomits it up, or accidently spills the medicine all over their clothes.  I appreciate that Childrne's Benadryl Dye-Free Allergy does Not stain anything since it is clear.  It is also alcohol and sugar free.  This product is for the "relief of:  sneezing, runny nose, itchy/watery eyes, and itchy throat".  The Bubble Gum flavor is tasty enough that my children do not mind taking this product.  Children's Benadryl Dye-Free Allergy Antihistamine Bubble Gum Flavored works without causing stains.

Great for a fast relief of Allergy Symptoms!

I have had to use this Benadryl Children's Dye Free Allergy Antihistamine with my 2 year old son 3 times, because he has had food allergies. I like that it is really fast in making the allergic reaction go down and that it helps a lot with hives and itching skin. I was a bit skeptical to use at first since I prefer to use natural supplements, but unfortunately that did not work and had to go for the medicine.I do say you have to be very cautious and consult a a doctor to find out the correct dosage. I specifically like that they had a dye free version since we avoid artificial colors in my home . I think this is a great product to have in hand for children that suffer with allergies, since it can really be uncomfortable to go through an allergic reaction.I must say that I had to drive to three different stores to find the dye free kind,so hopefully this won't happen to others.

A life saver, literally.

My young daughter is allergic to many things including red dye.  When she begins to react to food allergies, we need to give her an antihistamine immediately.  This is the only one that we can find that doesn't have dye in it.  Without this we would be in the hospital frequently.

This product works wonderfully, and it's the only benedryl product that I take, as I'm unable to swallow pills and it comes in a liquid form that's very easy to take and has a decent taste without a disgusting aftertaste. I'll write about an experience I had a few weeks ago, where I took this product. The night before, I ate a salad that had some french dressing with something I was allergic to in it. My throat slowly started to seize up. I knew I had to do something, so I got a ride to the nearest Pharmacy, where I bought this as I thought it might help, after doing some online research about allergic reactions. I went home and immediately took a dose. I started feeling a little bit better. I took some every six hours thereafter, as the container suggests. After about a day and a half, my throat was back to normal. I honestly don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for benedryl. I definitely couldn't of afforded a trip to the hospital. I'd strongly recommend this for allergys and mild allergic reactions. The only thing that I've noticed that is a negative, is that it causes drowsiness. But this is clearly stated on the container that it may cause marked drowsiness.

Not just for children...I use it for allergic reactions

As an adult that suffers from allergic reactions to bee stings, ant bites, and mosquito bites, I not only make sure that I have my prescription epi-pen with me at all times, but I go nowhere without my Children's Liquid Benedryl either. I have found that if I take an adjusted dose of Childrens Liquid Benedryl as soon as I receive an ant or mosquito bite, I usually do not have to use my epi-pen for just a couple of bites. And if you have ever had to give yourself a shot using an epi-pen, you know how great it is to have an alternative. It used to get so bad in the summer that I finally had given up on being able to go outside at all, then my doctor suggested I try Children's Liquid Benedryl. It does not make me as sleepy as an adult dose pill does, and it works twice as fast. I can now go outside all year round and enjoy working in the yard or playing with my grandson.

Benadryl Children's Dye Free Allergy Antihistamine helps itching

5

Benadryl Children's Dye Free Allergy Antihistamine was recommended by my pediatrician for my young son, who has had eczema for over a year. When his eczema flared up and made him itch extremely, we tried the Dye Free Children's Benadryl and it helped tremendously. He was willing to take it without much fussing and, thankfully, no dye means no color stains on his clothes, blanket, the furniture, or anything else it may end up on. The Benadryl helped relieve his reaction and visibly calm his skin down after just one small dose. It does cause drowsiness, so it is best taken at a restful time rather than when someone has important things to do. I highly recommend Children's Dye Free Benadryl to any little allergy sufferers as a way to ease symptoms and manage allergic reactions. I still keep some handy in case it's needed because it has been more relief for my son that prescriptions and other things.
