*** I would like to recommend a product that is not widely advertised but is a good general pain remedy. That product is BC Headache Powder. BC comes in both powder and tablet form but I prefer the powder because it seems to work more quickly. The active ingredient in BC is aspirin (845mg), so it is good not just for headaches, but also body aches and pains. It can also be used as a fever reducer.  It is not recommended for children and teens who are experiencing "flu-like" syptoms due to the possibility of developing Reyes Syndrome but there are many other products out there that are safe for children and teens, so giving them a BC Power would probably be the last thing I would do anyway. I suffer with a lot of joint pain from the repetitive nature of the work I do. When the pain starts, I take a BC Powder and within 20-30 minutes, I have complete pain relief. I also take them when I feel achely from a cold or the flu. ***
