The Perfect Cure for Summer Hair

5

Ever seen green hair? Chances are if you hang around blondes and chlorinated pools you have. The first year my beautiful daughter's hair turned green I was mortified. I quickly learned that we needed to wash her hair with a shampoo that could remove the chlorine and restore the ph levels without being harsh. My daughter is grown with a daughter of her own now but, we learned our lesson well. When summer comes around, I look for a good summer cure shampoo. So does she. I trust Aubrey Organics Swimmers Shampoo to be pure. It does a great job at being a shampoo, they do not test their products on animals and they make it right here in the good old USA. Effectiveness Summer brings all kind of stress to hair. Ocean salt, chlorinated pools, convertible winds and ponytail holders can leave beautiful soft hair dry and frizzy. Over the years we have tried many shampoos but have summarily dismissed them for one reason or another. This year I discovered Aubrey Organics Swimmers Shampoo. It does not contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Parabens or Petrochemicals. It simply cleans and conditions naturally. I think it may be a keeper.

Perfect for removing chlorine

we own a pool, so we spend much of our summer in a chlorine environment. Normally, chlorine is very hard to get out of hair, and I despise the smell of chlorine in my hair (besides the fact that it's hard on hair and dries it out) I have tried Ultra-Swim shampoo, but I don't really think it works all that well and since we switched to natural products this summer, it was out of the question anyways. After much research, I stumbled on Aubrey's Swimmers shampoo. The smell is nice and gender neutral, and while runnier than other shampoos a little does go a long way. It lathers fairly well, and is easy to rinse out. Best of all, my hair no longer smelled like a pool after using it, and my daughter's hair stopped turning green. By the end of summer we had switched over to a chlorine-free pool so a Swimmer's shampoo is no longer necessary, but I continue to use it on occasion anyways. It cleans my hair well and is all natural, so really I have nothing bad to say about it!

Aubrey Organics Swimmers Shampoo really cleans the hair

3 years ago, I was going into the community swimming pool on a daily basis.  I placed my hair up in a ponytail to limit the contct with the chlorinated pool.  After a month of this lifestyle my hair managed to become brittle and have build-up  in it.  I tried alot of different methods to restore my hair, but nothing was working so I researched online and Aubrey Organics was one of the highest recommended to get Chlorine out of the hair.  One or two showers after using this Shampoo my hair was back to normal.  It is expensive and had to go out of my way to a vitamin/health food store to get it; however, I only use after being in the pool to make it last longer. - 100% natural since 1967 (if you're into Vegan stuff) - pH normalizing - removes chlorine, minerals, other impurities - prevents discoloration - ideal for gray or blond hair - safe for color-treated hair (at the time my medium brown hair was dyed blonde) And it smells great!
