After looking at many baby carriers I decided to go with the Infantino Style Rider. The Infantino Style Rider doesn't have the ability to be worn on your back; personally, I just didn't see the benefit and didn't see my husband or me wearing my son on our backs often enough to warrant us paying more for that feature.  I did want to be able to wear my baby facing me or facing away from me based on his mood.  This carrier is great for wearing our baby around the house or running errands and is quicker and easier to put on and take off then "wraps".  It comes with a drool guard though we never really used it. If you have to wear your child for longer than 30 minutes though I would suggest using something else. It could be because my son has always been in the 90th percentile for weight but wearing him any longer than 20 - 30 minutes make my back really start to hurt. Under his arms also start to get a little red when I wear him for long periods of time. Also it is a little difficult to get on and off by yourself but then again, most carriers are.
