I have the e.l.f. Mineral Liptick in the colors Royal Red, Cool Coral and Natural Nymph. The colors are a little darker than what they appear to be on the e.l.f. website and have a very slight shimmer to them. The Royal Red is a brownish red. The Cool Coral is a dark orangish color. The Natural Nymph is the only one that matches what it looks like on the site. These lipsticks have great pigment. They go on the same color you see in the tube. The formulas go on smoothly and feel moisturizing, but the color does not last long. You will have to reapply. I might buy more in different colors just because there are so many pretty colors to choose from and they are cheaper than drug store lipsticks.

I placed an order for this lipstick one day and I thought to give it a shot. I haven't been disappointed with it. I'm a very lazy person, especially when it comes to makeup. There are days where I don't even put makeup on. One thing I like though is using lip products. Here's when my ELF mineral lipstick came in. With another brand of lipstick, I had to put some lip balm or a moisturizer on before I applied the lip color. With this lipstick, I can put it on without getting a dry, chapped feeling. The lipstick doesn't dry your lips either. It's a little pricey for 5 bucks a piece but ELF always has promotions going on that you can get it for cheaper. You also pay for the fact that it is 100% mineral based with no parabens, no preservatives and no chemical dyes.That's also probably why it's better for your lips than other lipsticks. They have a wide range of colors and I'm actually interested into purchasing more.

It feels like I've been hunting for a good nude lipstick for years. Realistically, it's probably been about a year. Only now have I finally found one. The color isn't sheer, so the color you see on the stick is the color you get on your lips. Although I would have bought it anyway, it's a nice bonus that this product is all natural. The packaging is nice enough to pass off for a more expensive lipstick. This is definitely the most I've ever spent on a lipstick since I normally go for lip glosses, but I'm glad I bought it. My hunt for a nude lipstick is over. I got this lipstick in "Natural Nymph", and it's a perfect shade for the "nude lip" look. It feels smooth on my lips and although I've only used it a handful of times, I've never noticed that gross white line that can appear on your lips when using a light lip shade. And since I'm not feeling self-conscious about my lips looking gross, I can feel good about how they look. That's a really nice bonus for me, because I wouldn't have asked for that much, most light lip colors tend to do that from time to time. Another bonus is that there is sunscreen in this lipstick. I feel better about wearing when I leave the house. I've heard other people complain about it being drying, but I don't think so at all. I would buy this lipstick again.

For what it's worth, I suppose it's done its job. For 3 bucks from e.l.f., I decided on a whim that I would give the lipstick a try, because I've never really used a full on lipstick before. I didn't have high expectations for it, and it met them. The color I chose was a nude color, because it was all the rage to have nudy lips. I wish I had gone with a pinker color. It applies matte, but it really doesn't work for me personally. It dries out my lips and causes an unsightly flaky appearance after half a day of wear. I tried putting it on with lip balm underneath to sort of try and smooth out my lips for better application, but it was still not working. I still have a full stick left and I feel bad for throwing it out, so I might give it a go again, but no promises. If it was more moisturizing, I would buy again, but for the mean time, I think I'll stick with the regular drug store brands like Revlon or Rimmel and try one of those instead.

Okay, so I wanted to buy lots of new fall shades for - obviously FALL.  I got these lipsticks, for cheap, and they were pretty cheap.  The color didn't stay.  The color wasn't really the color I thought they were.  They have a weird scent to them.  I can honestly say, you get what you pay for.  I'll keep them around for emergencies, since I already paid for them. I have used e.l.f other products, and although they are cheap, they seemed to work pretty good. I was a little surprised these didn't work as well.  There isn't a whole lot in there, either.  So, if the color doesn't work out for you, well, you don't have that much to use up before it's gone anyway. I hope they work out better for you out there than they did for me.  I was able to get every color under the sun, but since they don't last on my lips?  It doesn't do me that much good.  Oh, and you probably will need a lip liner to help define the color.

I am pleased with the e.l.f. mineral lipstick.  It is a great value especially if you have a discount code.  The colors are not all true to their website but the customer reviews allow you to decide on a good color for your coloring.  It goes on smooth and has good pigment.  I like a little more moisture in my listick so I will usually put gloss over this.  It is something I will buy again.

I definitely love the color and it looks really good. I would use this on my lips and I find it very appealing. Many people use this and still they would use it. I love using this lipstick on my lips. this color of red is sexier than most .

ELF cosmetics is one of those companies whose products are either really great or really awful. The ELF Mineral Lipstick is all in all a wonderful product, but if you're going for the bold Hollywood lips look it's not the best choice. The major issue I have with ELF is that the color swatches on the site look richer in tone than the actual product,so what I thought was going to be a deep mauve turned out to be lighter and rosier, nice for day but not so good for an evening look. On the other hand, for those who like a very soft and natural look, these lipsticks are outstanding. They go on nice and evenly, have a creamy texture and wear well. They don't feel really waxy and don't bleed out. I save these for daytime; they're great for wearing to the office, or lunch with the mother-in-law, where I don't want to look like I have on too much clowny makeup. I recommend the ELF Mineral Lipsticks over many of their other products.

I recently purchased two elf mineral lipsticks in the shades natural nymph and runway pink after reading many raving reviews of them online. Everything i read about these lipsticks said that they were absolutely terrific and super cheap. I do agree that they are super cheap and that is GREAT but i am not completely happy with the color. I do think the lipstick goes on very smooth and doesn't seem to wear off quickly which i like but when i put on the shades that i had purchased i felt like a total clown. The color was so light it looked like i was wearing concealer over my lips. Now on some people i'm sure this color would look beautiful so i am not putting elf down whatsoever cause i love their makeup but these lip shades **just didn't work for me**. I would purchase this lipstick again in another shade though..but i feel like elf needs to come out with a wider range of lipstick shades. They only offer a few different colors so i hope that they come out with more colors soon. I recommend this lipstick just not the shade unless you like nude colors. If you are looking for a great nude lipstick...natural nymph or runway pink by elf is the way to go!!!
