This is my second favorite flavor of Zone perfect nutrition bars. Zone perfect makes several different flavors and I have probably tried them all. They are the best nutrition bars on the market. All of the flavors taste great and they all contain lots of essential vitamins and minerals. This particular flavor contains 14g of protein, 3g of fiber and has 19 essential vitamins and minerals. They taste kind of like graham crackers covered in chocolate fudge. They also have a nice chewy center. The only drawback is that they contain 15g of sugar. I actually like the chocolate mint bars better. I like the taste of the chocolate mint better and they contain 2g less sugar. But you can't go wrong with either flavor. I have tried lots of other brands, and I have yet to find another brand that tastes as good as the zone perfect bars. They really do give you lots of nutrition in a great taste at a good price.
