Shaklee vitamins are what I would consider to be high quality. The Shaklee company has put much money into research and development and are committed to bringing us a natural, environmentally responsible product. I love it that this B has no artificial anything or preservatives. I feel good about taking it and that it is completely safe. I don't enjoy taking a big tablet like this and don't like the taste, but it is worth it for the reliability it gives. I have found that the B complex gives me great, lasting energy and helps with mood balancing. Vitamin B helps your body metabolize food efficiently into energy and that is what I feel this product does for me. I believe it is also supposed to help with mental acuity and cardiovascular health but those are kinda hard to measure so I can't say for certain. I do believe Shaklee's claims though since they are a company with a long-standing, good reputation whose quality speaks volumes. The only drawback with Shaklee products is that they are a bit expensive and then you have shipping costs as well. Recommmended PERIOD.

Try this and other Shklee vitamins. You will feel better and you won't be wasting your money like other vitamin supplements. I have tried GNC and other name brand vitamins and they were like throwing my money in the tolit. I tried Shaklee vitamins, B complex, Vita-lee, Nutra-feron, garlic, C, E, DR, and several others and have had great results. Never get sick and I would rather spend my money on a good vitamin supplement then on doctors and drugs. Doctors get a kick back from the drugs they reccommend and the drugs do not cure anything, they only mask the problem and in many cases the side effects from taking the drugs is worse than the original problem. I don't go a day with my vitamin routine and I feel great at 48 yrs of age. I dance circles around many younger people as well as people my age and older. I can say enough about Shaklee vitamins. If I don't take the B complex I can definately tell a difference in my energy level. Try them...you won't B (get it pun intended) disappointed.

I like the idea that when i feel a migraine headache coming on on can take 3 of these and it releaves the pain within momments. It is also great on preventing hangovers, pop a couple of these before you go out and no hangover the next day. I also have a friend who gives these to her son who has A.D.D. and these have helped more than any DRUG he has been on

My testimony is that being 40 I had some anxiety issues creep up on me last year..the drs told me to try anxiety pills which I did and got sick! So my husband asked me to give the Shaklee B- complex a try ..since he has been taking them for years ..so I did and the rest is "HISTORY"!! I would highly recommend them and if you aren't sure ..what does it take to just try something and I think you will be pleasantly surprised:))

This Supplement does exactly what it says - forget artificially enhanced and plugged 5-hour energy shots.  Shaklee's B-vitamin provides you with a natural and scientifically balanced combination of essential B-vitamins that will stay with you for several hours and is completely safe.  I use these anytime I need a boost during the workday, or an hour or so before a workout.  The most critical time though is before a night out. Drinking alcohol can really deplete your body of its natural stores of B-vitamins, which in turn leads to the horrible hangover the next day - taking one of these before hitting the bar or club and one during will provide you with just enough energy to last all night and into the morning if necessary - PLUS keep the hangover from stinging so bad the next day.  I completely recommend shaklee over all other brands as there supplements do exactly what they advertise.  The premium you pay for this brand is definitely worth the rigourous testing and R&D that goes into their products and I wouldn't trust any other brand more than Shaklee.  I haven't been sick in years and I only take their Vita-Lea regularly

In my fourth month of pregnancy I had low enerygy and started taking this B complex for a healthy energy boost. I got what I was looking for and a very pleasant surprise side effect. I had been having SEVERE migraine headaches. Tried increasing and decreasing caffeine, taking tylenol, drinking more water, and the headaches only got more frequent and severe to the point I would vomit. The SAME week I started the Vitamin B Complex the headaches STOPPED. I only had two more headaches my entire pregnancy, and they were much less severe. Additionally my mood was happier, my energy increased, and I got more exercise because of my increased energy. SUPER product!!
