I use Tylenol 8 hours for my back pains. I have to admit that I was very skeptical about this product lasting. I usually take regular Tylenol for most ailments and muscle pains but I would have to take four of them in a 8 hour time period. With 8 hour Tylenol I only take two and they do last the entire 8 hours.

I have been suffering with neck and back pain for many years. The past two years have been excruciating. I was unable to walk 50 feet without having to sit down my back hurt so bad. I had my first surgery a couple years ago and then had to have it re done about 2 months ago. Before the surgery I had been trying oxycontin, methadonem and any other pills the drs were giving me at my emergency room visits. They were shooting me with meds that made me halluciate and make me goofy. After I had my surgery this time my Dr. did give me pain pills but told me to use Tylenal. My friend told me about the 8 hour Tylenal for muscle and aches pain. I bought a bottle and it really does help immensely. I am very happy with the results. I can always find them on sale at my grocery store also so I buy more than one box at a time. It is fast acting. Nothing else seems to work the way they do. There are so many products to buy over the counter for pain that it makes it hard to choose. Even Tylenol has many choices.

I bought Tylenol 8HR on sunday. Monday afternoon I had a headache. I decided to try the Tylenol 8 HR to see if it really worked and if it would be any differenty that the other brands I have tried.   Aleve irritates my stomach. Excedrin does not touch my headaches. Regular Tylenol did not do anything for my headaches. Advil worked from time to time. I tried it and it worked. First it has a slight flavor to it. Not a medicine flavor, more like a fruit flavor. It went down easy and it worked. I was so impressed with it that I actually wrote the company to tell them. I don't write companies, not my thing, so for me to write, it means I was impressed. Tylenol HR did work for the 8 hours, it actually took my headache away and I did not need more then one dose. I would give this Tylenol product 5 stars!

I was hesitant about the 8 hour product since I didn't think it would really last that long for pain relief.  I was very wrong.  it really worked the full 8 hours and really relieved my pain.  It way outlasted my expectations.  Definitely a rebuy.  Adding it to my shopping list as I type.

I have tried Tylenol 8 hour pain reliever. It did work, but it worked about the same as any plain store brand pain reliever. I would not spend more to NOT get more. There is a recall online once again for this product, stating it conatins a musty,moldy odor. this is the sixth time in a year. I am no longer going to buy this product.

I was very excited to learn of this new tylenol product that was supposed to last for 8 hours.  I do not like taking any more medicine than I have to as these over the counter pain relievers can damage your stomach and liver.  I was hoping this pain reliever would help with the arthritic type pain I have in my hips and shoulders. I was dissappointed in the way this product worked.  It not only didn't help keep me pain free for 8 hours, it really didn't seem to work at all.  I was especially hoping it would work overnight as I often am in more pain when I wake up than I was when I went to bed.  This did not work for me.  I would not try this particular pain reliever again.  The worst part was that after taking it I couldn't take anything else for 8 whole hours so I was in pain longer. I have used other tylenol products that have worked quite well for me so I am not trying to put down tylenol.  Just this one specific product didn't help me.

I have never been the type to buy and take medicine.  I would try to endure the pain for as long as I could.  However, when i do take something I usually try to take something that I don't feel so threatened by. So I just reach for a tylenol and call it a day and hope for the best results. For the past few times that I took tylenol 8 hour I haven't been able to get any results.  I suffer from frequent headaches and I just have to say that tylenol 8 hour just doesn't do for me what i think it should do. I take other products after taking t8hr and my head aches leave so i know that it's not that my pain is too severe to have any affect.  I took another type of tylenol and it worked a little better so I don't know if it's lacking an ingredient in the 8 hour one or not.  I have offered it to my husband and he dosen't like it because there is no affect to him. I also remember my mother taking them until they started to not have much affect on her.

Tylenol 8 hour tablets are more effective than prescription medicine I was taking for arthritis.  Two tablets in the evening, before bed, and I do not have to take any more medicine until the next evening, no matter how active aI am during the day.  They are easy on the stomach and put less stress on the liver.

   I have bad back pain from years of hard work and I am sick of spending my money on medication that promises to do everything, but does virtually nothing.          I saw the Tylenol 8 hr in a local store while searching for the single miracle med to relieve me of my discomfort.  Not for an hour or so, not just take the edge off, but relieve me enough to get my daily activities done.  Something I wasn't going to spend an outrageous amount for, with just enough tablets to last 2 or 3 days while taking 2 tablets at time every 4 hours and ultimately upsetting my stomach!    While rumaging through the same number of products tried over and over again with no satisfaction, an old friend walked by and pointed out the 'new' Tylenol .  She promised it was unlike any other! Whether out of desperation, trust in my friends' promise, or to prove her words wrong, I walked out of the store not knowing I would feel years younger in an hour or so!  Now I get my money's worth and my body's worth with 1 tablet every 8 hours! Just as promised!

I don't like taking medicine unless I have to. I'm against putting anything in my body that I don't know whats in it. Im more about homopathic treatments for pain. Heating pad, ice. Both. But sometimes when you hurt you have to do something about it. And the less chemicals and things you have to put in your body the better.  I usually take something like Aleve. But tylenol was always something I was given when I hurt when I was a kid. So its something you come to trust as a medicine. The good thing is it does work fast and it is easy on my stomach which I expected wouldn't.  The only con about Tylenol 8 hour is it doesnt last 8 hours. I work long days in retail. Which is hard on your feet and makes your legs ache. So you need something  to give you a little comfort when your on your feet all day. So that is the only downfall I would say. It doesnt last 8 hours, It lasts just over 6 hours or so. But I would definitely recommend it for someone who doesnt like to take anything.
