I have used this product many times, always with good results.                                    The special twist top cap makes it easier to pour than a lot of those other soups in cartons. (I really appreciate this feature on days when my arthritis flairs up.) Once opened juust use the way you want. The hard work is already done for you, making this a very convenient product to have handy.                                     You also can be confident knowing you are using an organic product. When Trader Joe's says "organic" they're not kidding. They use vegetables that were planted and grown without the use of harmful pesticides, chemicals nor synthetic fertilizers.                                    It makes a great soup base. I just add my veggies along with chicken orbeef and  pasta or rice. When I'm ill I drink a cup of it plain for a boost in strength. I've also used this broth in casseroles, rice and mashed potatoes with delicious results.                                    Trader Joe's Organic Vegetable Broth is tasty and versatile.So go ahead and use instead of milk the next time you make mashed potatoes. I think you'll be pleasantly surprized.
