Although it's not quite as simple as this, The Biggest Loser Club/Diet is essentially eating healthier and working out. Being on this plan really did help me. I felt better, I had more energy, my blood pressure and cholesterol lowered, I put on muscle, and I lost fat. For me, I found this to be the best diet that I have ever done. Instead of eating two or three large meals, you spread out your eating to many small meals. One thing I really liked about The Biggest Loser Club was their four-three-two-one idea. I ate four servings of veggies and fruits, three servings of protein, two servings of whole grain, and one serving of 200 other calories. I felt like I was able to eat a wide variety of foods and satisfy my hunger. The key to this plan is doing both parts; I made sure I both ate healthy and exercised at least five times a week. The coupling of these two things helped me really shed the pounds. I would recommend everyone to look into joining The Biggest Loser Club and start living a healthier life. It really worked forme.
