BAD Policy
I was a fan of the store for years. Like many women I am busy and shop online to save time. I purchased several items back in November but one didn't fit. Unfortunately I have been busy with work, kids, etc. I finally had a break and wanted to return the item and do some spring shopping at the store. They refused to accept the return past the 90 day limit. I understand they may take a small loss on that item but we all know their profit margin is huge. Additionally I left the store without buying anything new. Now I am so frustrated that I don't think I'll be able to bring myself to go back, it feels like losing a friend. There are lots of other good stores out there...I wish LL Bean sold business causal clothes. They will take anything back at anytime!
