Marvel Heroes Gummies - tastes good but where are the heroes?

3

My children are picky eaters and don't always get the nutrition that their bodies need every day. Therefore, I've joined the ranks of parents who do their best to accomplish this by giving my children vitamins. My children have tried all sorts of vitamins and really don't have a preference but they were excited when I brought home the Marvel Heroes Gummies, which features Captain America, Spiderman, and Iron Man on the front of the box. Wow! How cool is that? Before you stop reading this review to run out and buy a box, it might be important to know that the gummies resemble anything but the superheroes pictured on the box. They are the heads of the three heroes but you can pretty much substitute any character and they will look like that one too. An alien? Yep. Frankenstein? Yep. Your fourth grade science teacher? You got it. After some sleuthing, my kids finally figured out that the red vitamin is Spiderman, the orange one is Iron Man, and the other color (still trying to figure out the actual color) is Captain America. Okay, so there might have been some deceptive advertising on the box in regards to the superheroes actually looking like the ones pictured, but it really doesn't matter to my kids as long as the vitamins taste good. With gummies being very similar to candy, it didn't take much convincing on my part to get my kids to try (and like) these. Each serving is 2 gummies which equates to 30 calories, 8g carbohydrates, 6g sugar, and 20mg of sodium. As for vitamins, each serving contains 3,000 IU of Vitamin A, 30mg Vitamin C, 800 IU Vitamin D, and 30 IU Vitamin E. My kids like the taste of the Marvel Heroes Gummies and don't mind that they don't actually look like superheroes. However, if you are buying this product because your kids want vitamins that look like the guys on the front of the box, then they may be disappointed.

So I ran out of my usually lil critters gummy vitamins and I went to the store saw these Spiderman Multivitamin Marvel Gummies For Kids and thought I would give it a try. Well when you buy it you expect the vitamins to look like the superheroes shown on the package, but I guess it was oddly shaped version of the superheroes. I gave it to my kids to try and they alway like looking at the gummies before eating it and they couldnt figure out what they were eating. They did eat the vitamins without much complaint, however I don;t think they enjoyed it as much as their lil critters gummy vites. Although these were a bigger hit than the Flinstones gummies vitamins. I guess it was ok for them since they ate it. If I can't find lil critters gummy vites I guess these would be my second choice, my kids really enjoy the lil critters gummy vites and they look forward to eating that, and Spiderman will just have to be second best!

Marvel Gummies are okay

I was also deceived by the look of the gummie whatever-they-are (is that why they are packaged into a box?) In any case, theyre for myself and I like the idea that i'm getting some average to low doses of daily vitamins and minerals (I'm not a firm believer these things actually work, we do get our daily nutrients from the food we eat and whatevers extra is going to be peed out. So too much of any of it is just washed down within the day. I don't always eat healthy so here I am). I don't like the idea that they're sour but I guess that's to get the kids to go for em. These are much better than other ones out there however, like the ones that actually taste like fish oil. As a student I'm taking these for my own benefit and it seems to be perking me up. as placebos or as actual stimulants for my brain. I recommend these (or possibly the disney ones) to anyone who has kids they want to give these to.

Spiderman Multivitamin Gummies- Not just for kids!

I personally despise taking the large multi-vitamins available for adults.  I already take a large calcium pill, as well as other prescription medications.  When I saw these, I figured they were worth a try.  I take two of them daily. They taste great and my fiancée even takes them and he hates taking any sort of medications.  I suppose if I enjoy taking them, a child would as well.  The fact that they are Spiderman gummies are also a plus when it comes to children or the adult geek at heart.  I would definitely recommend these vitamins for both adults and children!

I can't keep my children away from them. They are good for them and they have a great taste. They don't taste irony like the other vitamins. This has lots of vitamins and minerals and above all the taste. Contains: Vitamins A, C, D, E, B-6, Folic Acid, B-12 Biotin Pantothenic Acid, Iodine, Magnesium, Zinc, the recommended amount of Docosahexaenoic Acid.  The texture is that of a gummy and there are many of the vitamins and minerals needed for children ages 2 and over. This is great for children that tend to be picky eaters.

not the best, not shaped like super hero

I do not recommend Marvel Heroes Gummies, the children's multiple vitamin and mineral supplement. I'm sure it has the recommended content that a vitamin should have, but my children don't really look forward to eating this, unlike the Lil' Critters Gummy Vites. First, the packaging is deceiving because when you buy the product it's in a box and you can't see the actual vitamins. So I was under the impression they would look like mini superheroes, since there is a picture of Spiderman, Captain America, and it looks like Iron Man. But when you get the bottle and open it up, I guess they are supposed to be the heads of the heroes, but they just look like oddly shaped gumdrops. I told my son it's spiderman and he didn't believe me. I tried these because they were on sale and I thought he would appreciate them, but we're going back to the gummy vites. It does contain DHA and has 400IU of vitamin D, but if the kids have to be coerced to ingesting them, it kind of defeats the purpose of having gummy vitamins.
