Great product, technical support is not so great.
This is the 4th time I try writing a review, this time it's not on Soylents website. I love the product, it tastes great, and it's convenient. I would love to see more programs or instructions on how to recycle or paid return labels to ship back all the used bottles to ensure proper recycling or reusability. That's the only thing stopping me from wanting to subscribe long-term. Now, the website has so many problems with Chrome or FireFox. I just couldn't apply a single discount code, and after contacting support, and providing plenty of screenshots, I was only given another code and no real technical support. The new code doesn't work either because I STILL CAN'T apply the code! I wasn't really that happy with the support. I still need to do my own technical support to apply any of the codes sent to me, so I canceled my subscription to restart a new order later in the future. (I'm copying and pasting this review because I've lost a large review too many times to lose it again, or I'll really lose my mind).
