When I got my cat, one of the first toys I got for him was the SmartyKat Laser Light toy. I expected him to like it, but I was amazed at how crazy he went over the laser. He will race around the room like a mad man, and even try to climb the walls if I shine it up the wall. For a relatively inexpensive toy, this is a great buy. It came with fresh batteries for hours of fun for me and my cat. I also like how small and portable it is. I travel with my cat quite a bit and some of his favorite toys are bulky and not easy to travel with. I can just tuck this into a pocket of my suitcase and have it with us to get him exercise no matter where we are. I am a big fan of Smartykat toys in general. My cat nearly always loves this brand of toys, and the quality is great. On the one occasion that I had a problem with a Smartykat product, I contacted the company and they immediately sent me several toys in the mail. I definitely recommend this toy if you own a cat!

You want to drive your cat up the wall..try this laser! My cat tries to climb the walls and anywhere else I shine it.You can even play with your cat while you watch Tv or even on the computer.As with all lasers,be carefull not to shine it in his eyes.Get and empty laundry basket and shine it on the inside..too funny! My cat tries to figure out how to get in and get .The price is great and the fun is priceless.The other great thing about this product is that if you cat accidently gets out..you can use it to lure him back to the house.Not as much fun when they are under the porch and you have to climb in but it does work to catch them.The batterl is long lasting and I havent had to re-place it yet and its used quite often.Its great excersise for an indoor cat,tey run around jump and still gives"the owner" great laughs too.I would reccomend this product just for the laugh factor.A really great price and you can buy it anywhere.even the superstores.

As I write this, it's night time and my cat is desperately trying to get my attention. It's that time, you see, 8:45pm, when my cat demands her play time. I ask her, "do you want to play"? and she runs toward her laser light. No, I am not kidding. I have bought her many toys, and she has been uninterested in all of them. Until I bought this. She becomes a wild thing, a huntress, a crazy cat I never knew existed within her. Even her bold and dominant brother gives her wide berth when she plays with this toy. The vet has told me to be careful to never shine this in her eyes, as it could hurt her retina, so I never shine it very near her face. I direct the light up and down the hall carpet, up walls, and her favorite, on the bed. She loves to chase it all over the bed, on the headboard. Sometimes I "hide" it by making it seem like it went under a blanket or something else, and she gets very intent and excited. I have noticed that my cat doesn't see it well during the daytime, so we play when it's dark. I have my orders, so off I go now ...

I have a rather small apartment so it can be hard for my pets to get an adequete amount of exercise. When I went to the vet and found out my cat was borderline overweight, I decided to try to find a solution. Buying this SmartKat Interactive Laser Light Toy was the best idea for her! Not only was it inexpensive, but it brought out a whole new personality in my cat. She went crazy for it and chased it up the walls. She leaps for it and sprints across the floor to try to "catch it." It takes a good 15 minutes of constant chasing for her to finally give up. I also tried this laser toy with my dog that is a Jack Russell Terrier. Bad idea. I think it made her obsessive compulsive. Now my dog constantly searches for the laser, other lights, and reflections. She sits and whines at the walls trying to get it to come. I'm afraid she likes the laser *too* much. Since I bought the laser and use it daily with my cat, she is in more of her healthy weight range and a healthier cat overall. **Bottomline: **a great way to get exercise for pets in small spaces. But don't overuse it or you will end up with an obsessed pet!

If you think you have a lazy cat get Worldwise SmartyKat Interactive Laser Light Toy and you'll be seeing a different side of them!  No cat that I've come across can resist chasing this toy.  The curiousity really gets the best of them.  I can play with my cat or family and friends cats all day and never get bored watching the cats reaction to this nifty device.  They put their pouncing skills into action along with their sneakyness.  My cat would try all different kinds of tactful scheems to try and sneak up and catch the dot that kept moving on the floor, wall and ceiling.  I've moved it acrossed the floor and up the wall and couldn't believe how high my cat could jump when it really wanted something.  Then what really caught my attention was that this didn't only entertain the cat, but it caught the dogs attention too! My dog would paw, chase and bight at the light and twist his head every which way trying to figure out what in the world he was looking at!  It had me and friends laughing and the cat and dog playing and excersising.  A good way to past the time and even keep the kiddos occupied.
