We paid extra for the extended warranty. This was a good choice. When the leather recliner sectional set and queen size bed additional sectional was delivered all was ok. After about six weeks the sofa bed sectional started to sag in the middle. Only I seemed to notice it so nothing was done about it. Then the recliner started to become very unsupportive and uncomfortable on my back. We were given leather conditioner and cleaner throughout our ownership of the sectional. Stains seems to be appearing from underneath the leather in the corners. No one can figure out why. I would not recommend their poor quality leather products. One gets what one pays for. The leather fabric is thin and has small rips on the backs of the couch where it had slipped up against the wall, not covered. I will be calling them about the stain and sagging condition. At that time i will update this review as to how customer service handled my complaints.

I recently purchased this off white plain sectional couch from rooms to go and i must say that everyone who has been to my house loves it. Its plain leather but the thing about this is that any stain on it comes off easy with a soap and a washcloth and for difficult stains you get a solution with a lifetime free supply and even then if something doesnt come off, you can get it replaced form the store! So with all this guarantee i am comfortable with anyone spilling anything on my leather sofa which gives me piece of mind. Its really comfortable and really brightens up my living room and looks trendy with one side being armless and the other having high pillows. It comes in different settings and u can mix and match and set it up in ur living room accordingly. They also had a very nice red in it but i preferred white to go with my red living room wall. All in all this couch is our relaxing heaven

I recently bought a Cindy Crawford microfiber sectional from Rooms To Go and I am completely satisfied with it.  Its the dark brown microfiber and I am absolutely happy with every feature of it and the staff at rooms to go.  This by far the best sectional I have seen in awhile and I have been shopping around for quite sometime.  As soon as I seen I immediately feel in love with it.  It can comfortably sit 6 people and even maybe seven.  I had it scotch-guarded as soon as I purchased it and nothing in the world can stain it, with the exception of bleach.  I have had several compliments from friends and family and even had people ask me to purchase it from me.  This is the second furniture product that I have purchased that was made by cindy Crawford and both are high quality furniture.  Anybody in the market for a new sectional and don't mind spending a little extra money, I would recommend anything made by Cindy Crawford.

Ok, so at the time My husband were newly married and needed a new couch and we bought at the first place we went to. Never do that....We went to Rooms to Go and saw this great looking micro suede couch with a chase lounge a 2 seater sections and what they call a cuddler which will hold 2 people snuggled up toghether and the 2 seater section has a pull out bed. Well, it was great for about 6 months. The delivered it to the house and set it up for us. After a while the seats started to sink in one of the wires holding the bed up broke whiched cause that sectionto sink in and the only seciton that is still ok is the chase lounge because we rearely use it. I gather we are tought on furniture but to spend that kind of money on furniture you expect it to last more than a year. We have now had it for about 4 years and I am just eagerly awaiting the time to be able to get a new one. We also got a mattress from them that is just awful as well!!!
