Terrible customer service, shipping overseas is expensive and called express when 14 days later you cant even get a status on an order over $1200 , because it is shipped thru a cheap unknown carrier called HERMES, that has no status whatsoever other than : at international hub. When calling customer service, the representative Elsa is rude, cuts me off while i explain my frustration and overall offers no help or apologies. NO WONDER they dont allow reviews on their fb page and no wonder they review all comments before they post !!!! They take forever to approve the credit card, ask for videos of the front and back of the card as well as ID , emailed. this is such a SCAM! Rude !!! Liars !!! and i want my money back. I received one item out of 6 after 14 days since my card was charged, the item is cheap and not as pictured !

I love this website. They have every brand you could possibly want. They do have a sale section and the sales can be great; however, I have never seen a site wide sale (like other department stores would do). They do offer free shipping and return shipping, which I think is a major bonus. In addition, they have amazing customer service. They answer the phone quickly, they are friendly, and they are helpful. I once had a package that had been lost at the post office and they just sent out a new package at no cost or hassle on my end with no questions asked. My only complaint would be that I do not think there is a physical location so sometimes I need to buy several sizes of one item, try them on at home, and then return. It means putting a lot of money on your credit card until you can return it and have the return processed. This is certainly not enough to deter me from shopping there, as I have been able to find brands that I haven't been able to find at other department stores and as they do process things quickly.

I love this website. I was skeptical at first because I had never heard of it; however, I found it while searching the web for a pair of James Perse pants that were sold out everywhere. I had even called James Perse headquarters and was told these pants could not be located anywhere. I did however find them at Revolve. Sadly, they didn't have the size I wanted, but customer service was able to tell me that nobody was on the waiting list and that they had only recently sold out, meaning that someone might send them back. I was added to the wait list and sure enough the pants came in. I find that it is very rare that you will get that much assistance from a customer service line or that they even have that much access to that much information. So I ordered the pants and two others. On another sad note: the post office did not deliver my package claiming they could not find my address. They also did not send the pants back to Revolve. I now had $450 worth of missing merchandise. Revolve took care of everything. They contacted the post office, filed a claim, emailed me to keep me in the loop, and credited my card right away. I did order other pants from them since (and now choose UPS as they do not charge extra for this option) and feel delivery is always quick and returns are easy (just make sure you do it within 30 days). Ease of Use Very easy to navigate the site. They also have someone you can talk to via instant message on the computer or you can easily get in touch with a live person without a wait by calling. Product Selection A good selection of high end clothes Product Pricing Products are expensive, but the same price for the same clothes as you would find at a higher end department store like Bloomingdales. Also, they have good sales. The pants I wanted were $250 reduced to $158. Customer Service Better customer service than I experienced at Bloomingdales or Nordstroms. I think that says a lot.

How many clothing websites offer free shipping . Almost none, except this one. There are so many perks about this site, where do I start? Oh, I know, SHOES! Yes they have awesome shoes, and find me a lady who doesn't like shoes, well let's not go there. This site has amazing clothes. Please be warned that these are not cheap, this is a designer website with high quality merchandise, so if you want bargains you should try the bargain basements of other high end stores. There are no taxes on clothing and talk about fast delivery, oh did I mention no shipping on returns either! They have lots of denim on this site, even denim dresses, very fashionable. I think they do a great job of staying on trend and not falling behind the fashions of the current times. The customer service is really food considering it's a website. This is a fun site to browse and you will almost certainly buy something, why not the shipping is free!! Revolveclothing.com is a highly stylish store. Everything about the store is lovable except the prices. My favorite part of the site is the shoe area, of course. It is a site that I window shop all the time. I can only afford to shop there a few times a year, if I am lucky! Even so, their clothing is made of very high quality material. It does not easily wear. They wash well and maintain their color and shape. The clothing is something I feel proud to own and wear. Their shipping policies are nothing to frown about either. The standard shipping on all items is actually free. You simply don't find that in too many stores these days. The other thing about the shipping though, is that they ship super fast and, you receive your order very quickly as well. There size range could definetely use a bit of an increase. They have some of the top designers in my opinion. They also consistently keep up with the latest trends. I absolutely love to shop the site. I wish I could afford to shop there more often. I've only ordered from Revolve.com once. It was for a grey blazer made by PennyStock. I'm usually a 38R size and I figured that this would fit me as well. However, it was too baggy for my liking and I decided not to keep it. So I contacted the customer service regarding this situation and they were happy to accommodate my request and offered a return slip over the email for free. I sent the item back and my account got credited immediately. Simple and easy no hassle return. What I like about Revolve is that if you are a first time customer, you get a 30% off discount for any purchase with some restrictions that you make. This is a great way to experience their customer service. However, unfortunately, I ended up not liking my product selection, but they allow me to use my discount on any other purchase that I haven't decided yet. However, don't let me experience deter you from purchasing. They have an excellent selection of items and great support!

I was looking for a very specific Frankie B. denim dress that was not available in my size at a designer trunk sale I went to - but I had to have it! I knew that if it was Frankie B, then for sure Revolve would have it and I was right! Their website is one of the best online shopping experiences around for clothes - they have tons of merchandise, great pictures of the merchandise (offering both front and back views of all of the items as your browse through the site pages), several easy filters available to customize your browsing, fast loading pages, and high resolution pictures. They a lot of higher end clothing and brand names (stuff that I typically either buy used or on ebay) and it's priced as such, and although outside of my normal price range I wouldn't say their prices are excessive - just higher than what I would typically pay. That said, they do offer free shipping with minimum purchase and a seemingly reasonable return policy (although I've never actually utilized it). I did come into some luck when looking that dress as it was marked down some 15% percent, so they do offer some sales and clearance. They have probably the largest collection of Frankie B. jeans and clothing of any online retailer, as well as several other high end brands. Revolve is definitely worth a look, if only to window shop - but when I am specifically on the market for brand name piece, I will definitely shop there again, no question.

I have been a Revolve shopper for years. No tax, free shipping and quick delivery are three of the things that keep me coming back. The selection is overwhelming. And the naysayers will complain that it is too expensive. They sell quality clothing. I am willing to pay the prices they charge for the items I want. Revolve has a huge selection of designers and garments. I try to know what I am looking for, either style, brand or color before I start shopping the site. I have bought fabulous shoes on this site. The denim selection is amazing and return shipping is free. They often have exclusives from well known brands so if you love it, buy it. You have 30 days (usually) for returns so do try on the garments as soon as they arrive. The customer service is also excellent. Three years ago I found the sandals of my dreams in my size (half sizes were available) and color. The zipper on one shoe broke the first time I put it on. I fixed it. The zipper on the other shoe broke about 40 days later. Now I wore the shoes for the first time in Florida on spring break. It was way too cold to wear them again when I got home so the next time I wore them was in early May. I had to use scrap paper and a stapler to fix them sufficiently to walk around the mall until I got to Nordstrom to buy a pair that was not a hot mess. Uncomfortable and just a tad embarrassing. I contacted Revolve by phone the following day. They did have another pair in my size and they sent them out without even waiting for me to return the trashed pair. I did return them. The quality of that pair was far better and I wore them to death. Finally threw them away this year. One of my all time favorite places to shop - online or in the store.

Revolve Clothing has amazing customer service as well as fast, free shipping and returns. When you cannot try on clothing at a store it is nice to know you can easily return the item at no cost. What really sets Revolve apart in my online shopping experiences is the price matching. If an item is being sold at a lower price on another website, Revolve will match that price for you (before, and even up to 30 days after your purchase!). I 100% recommend Revolve Clothing for the reasons above and more. Check it out for yourself. (I'm not affiliated with the company at all, just a satisfied customer.)
