Trading for a 2 bdrm and yes, we had 2 bdrms. but just one toilet/shower area far from either bdrm. This is not acceptable since we were never advised of the situation.

This site is great at helping you to find resort locations (like timeshares and condos) for popular vacation destinations. The biggest destinations have a lot of options (like Las Vegas, anyplace in Hawaii) have a lot of options in a wide variety of price ranges. Each listing provides a variety of pictures, a listing of ameneties and an area map with information on nearby attractions. I was able to find a time share property in Vegas that was just off the strip for $79 a night that included breakfast and a nightly reception! It was extremely easy to book and I knew right up front what the resort fees, taxes and actual total I would be spending on the hotel was. It also provided clear information on what the cancelation policy is. This is the only down side. If you book a regular hotel, you can usually cancel up to 48 hours in advance without any fees whereas when you use this site, you are charged a fee any time after 48 hours after it has been booked. Not a huge deal, though, if you are sure of your travel plans. You can also book multiple properties in one transaction which is nice if you are visiting multiple locations on your trip. Overall, a great site if you like to stay in this type of property. Features I like that there is a live chat feature on the site. This is an extremely helpful feature that I wish more sites had. You can easily get answers to your questions quickly without having to be on hold on the phone or wait for an email response. Customer Service I used the live chat feature and found the person very helpful and friendly.

It has all of the continental destinations available, and the properties listed all caught my attention as being above average and professional. They also offer live chat on the site to talk with an agent if you have any questions. I ended up booking my stay at Wyndham Bali Hai with ResorTime.com becuase they were one of the few places which had any avilable nights, and they had a lower rate then the resort itself. For the lowest rates you do have to become a member but it's worth it and there are severl free plans.
