Reasonable and worth it

These multi vitamins are best suited for children of all ages but it is said that a kid below the age of 4 needs to eat only one and so I made sure than my son only eats one multi vitamin per day. He wanted to have these tablets with water instead of chewing them but since I was told that these tablets need to be chewed only, I made sure he chews the tablet and does not swallow it. These tablets contain all the necessary vitamins and minerals like Vitamin C, D, E, B-1, B-6, B-12 and the ingredients are fruits which make the tablets tasty. I was introduced by my friend to this brand and when I started searching more information online, I was amazed to see how many vitamins and minerals the Rainbow Light Nutri Star vitamin contains. It has almost everything necessary for kids in their childhood. It is not too sweet in taste which is good for children. I strongly recommend these vitamins and the price of one bottle is very reasonable and it's definitely worth it.

Rainbow Light Nutri Stars are so not good

3

We have been searching high and low for a good multivitamin for my children.  We have tried the Rainbow Light Nutri Stars Chewable Multivitamin, My First Flintstones, and Nature's Plus Animal Parade Vitamins.     The Rainbow Light Nutri Stars were by far the absolute worst.  Both of my kids hate them.  They spit them out immediately.  Both my husband and I tried them My husband thinks they taste like chalk.  I see them as very tangy.  If you suck on them they are not too bad initially.  As you suck on them more they get chalky and leave a weird coating on your tongue that feels like you burned your tongue.  The tartness/tanginess disappears after a little bit but it gets chalky.  At that point bite it again to get the tanginess back.  This is the only way to eat these vitamins. The Animal Parade is liked by only one kid but I think it is because they are animal shaped. Both kids love the Flintstones. Pros: They don't have Phenylalanine or related chemicals. Cons:  They taste chalky, tangy and leave you with a bad aftertaste.
