Peelu Gum in the peppermint blast flavor is good in my opinion. It does take some getting use to because the consistency is different from other types of sugarless gum. When you first put the gum in your mouth you may notice that the gum seems to crumble at bit. After you begin to chew the gum it will begin to take on regular gum consistency, but it is a different feel in your mouth and may take some getting use to. I have found it beneficial to switch due to the toxic nature of aspartame so I am one who prefers Peelu Gum to others. I have heard that xylitol is good for your teeth and it is also helpful to stay away from glycerine. The flavor doesn't last as long, but I find that okay.
