Trying to get water damage and mold repaired in my home. Granted the adjuster came out very quickly, now can't even get hold of him. Does not answer emails or return phone calls. All I can hope is that the same issues happen to him some day and he also gets the run around from his insurance carrier. Thought going with a local company the service would be better, not so much. First claim ever for anything.

If you want an insurance company that does *NOT look out for you, their customer; then they would be a good choice. After 22 years of driving with no at fault accidents, and 9 years of clean driving while insured with Pemco; they let another driver take advantage of me because my front bumper bumped another drivers back bumper. There was no body damage to the vehicle, any normal and decent person would have waved it off as no problem. Pemco, lets the guy get away with seeking $10K + On top of this, my Pemco claim rep was more interested in making me at fault and treated me like a child. Unfortunately a real accident occurred due to obstructed vision and oil slick roads. A witness to this accident who lives in the area, describes this road as accident prone, reporting two more accidents happened just within a week or a month of my accident. It should be noted that Pemco did not even see that I had a safe way home following this accident, and a stranger gave me a ride home. And again, this Pemco claim rep also treated me like a child. From the first incident, I can only assume they let this person get a way with the bank. After my policy expired, I was told to have a month to get a car reinstated. After upon working to do so, I called Pemco and they essentially changed their mind. Again, after 22 years of driving with no at fault accidents, and 9 years of clean driving while insured with Pemco; they would not cover me because of the above. So in short, Pemco is an insurance company that will happily sit by and take your money, but when their services are needed they do not help you, treat you like a child, and then "abandon" you.

We've been with Pemco for nearly 12 years. I 'inherited' Pemco when I married my husband. I was apprehensive because it meant I had to switch but my husband remained loyal and wouldn't change companies. I am so glad he held his ground. Pemco is always there for us whenever we have a question about billing or any incident that occurs. We have several cars and find ourselves calling frequently to add or take off coverage for any given vehicle. They are always willing to look for the best deals and programs to fit our needs. We also have a home insurance policy with Pemco. Whenever I have had a question of coverage or costs they are more than happy to assist me. They have even helped me find ways to trim our yearly premium. When my husband decided to get life insurance we went through Pemco first and they offered us the best rate by far. I have searched several times over the last 12 years for better coverage at a better price and have never found anything that beats what Pemco does for us. I highly recommend them!

I have been with Pemco since 2010 and my husband for longer than that. We have had no problems or any issues with them. Our rates have not increased and they are available when we call. We have added / taken off vehicles, and changed around our policy several times and never had an issue. I like that when I have called them in the past, I get to a live person rather quickly. My husband was able to call and get a special kind of auto insurance on his truck (a collectors vehicle) so that we dont have to pay as much as our commuter vehicles, since he drives it so much less. Customer Service They are available to speak with when we call. Available Plans I think most insurance is over-priced, so I cant rate it 'very good', but I dont have any complaints.

Not so good I think.  Called customer service several times, and being put on hold for a very long time.  Perhaps, they don't have enough customer service representatives to mend the telephone lines.  I'm shopping for other insurance carriers.

I was in an accident with one of Pemco's drivers.  The accident was not my fault. Pemco determined that my car was totaled.  They offered me a sum of money and I told them it was not enough to get me a comparable car. Pemco then took over a week to get back to me and they offered me a very lower sum of money for my car, then proceeded to tell me I could not get the first offer. No one told me, if they offered a second time then the first one was not available any more. That is messed up! In there adds they say "We are one of you just a little different"  Would you do this to one of your own?  Stay away from Pemco!

Pemco is by far the best comapany I have been with. I can pick up the phone and they're always there willing to help. They worked out a way to get me all the discounts they have availiable. I insure my home and 3 vehicles with Pemco. I lve thier funny commercials too!!!!

We have been with Pemco now for a little over two years and really like the company. My parents have been with them for over 15 and never had a problem with them. Pemco is into safe drivers. If you have no accidents and no tickets then this is the company for you. They give you discounts for being a good driver plus more discounts for every 2years that your with them. Plus there prices are already lower than any insurance company I could find. And there agents are some of the nicest Ive worked with. I plan on staying with them for a very long time.

My husband and I have been Pemco customers for more than 15 years (closer to 20 I think) and have always been happy with them. We have used them for auto insurance this whole time and NO one has ever been able to quote us better rates for auto insurance. We have also used them for home owners insurance for our primary home and then for rental insurance once we turned that home into a rental. Have even had to deal with claims a few times on both the auto and home owners sides. They have always been very professional and easy to work with. I don't think we will ever change to another insurance company as long as we can go with Pemco.

When I went to shop around for car insurance, Pemo consistently came back with the lowest rates for me.  I dropped my car insurance bill about 50% by going with them.  Haven't had a reason to see how their service is, but my agent with them is professional, competent, and knows what she's doing.
