Nature's bounty Vitamin E Oil has saved my nails! For the past few years my nails have been very brittle, dry and thin. I couldn't grow them out, and seeing as I'm only 19 years old and very healthy I needed to fix it. I tried natural herb pills, countless different vitamins even other brands of Vitamin E oils and nothing helped. My nails continued to break and flake. Then I came across this brand of oil. I was skeptic because nothing had worked before and didn't want to pay the expensive price but I was desperate. The day after purchasing this oil I was beyond happy! I applied this oil at night before going to bed, and the next morning my nails felt stronger and they looked whiter. Unlike other oils, this one is thick so I didn't have to worry about it dripping or running in the middle of the night. I even deep condition my hair with this stuff sometimes and it leaves my hair soft, frizz free and stronger! I have recommended this product to many people and they love me for it. It is now a staple in my home and I haven't looked back since.

I have tried a number of different Vitamin E products throughout the years and Nature's Bounty Vitamin E seems to work as well as any others. However, I have found it to be more expensive than the other brands, particularly those sold through the large discount warehouse stores. I not only take Vitamin E orally and have found I can take it with prescription medications as well as other vitamins with no effects. I have also used the Vitamin E softgel and opened it up and used the liquid Vitamin E inside to rub on my skin. It is better than hand lotion if you have very dry, cracked skin, especially in the winter months. There have been some brands of Vitamin E that I have found to not be good for issues related to GERD, but the Nature's Bounty Vitamin E does not present this problem. I would say that since there's not an incredible difference between this brand of Vitamin E and others I have tried, that with the cost of this brand you could easily go with another.

My mother recently had knee replacement surgery and when she came home from the Hosptal she couldn't bend her leg! I went to Wal-Mart and bought Natures Bounty E Oil to rub on it .I massage it into her knee and the area around it to relax the muscel and loosen the skin.It also reduses the appearence of the skare.I rub her knee every day or other day.She has been home a week ,she can sit in the chair with her feet on the floor , bend her leg and pull her foot back to the edge of the chair.She praise the oil and tells me how great it makes her leg feel.She says she even sleeps better.She is now going to theorpy three times a week and her theorpist told us to keep using it that it is really helping her.She is 78 yrs.old and has bad veins in her legs and it seems to make them feel better also.Plus it makes my dry hands feel pretty awsome also.I would recommend this product to anyone who has had surgery or has por circulation. The rubbing increases blood flow.
