I take several different types of vitamins daily, and I definitely will not stop taking these any time soon! I cut 11 inches off of my hair 12 months ago and when I got engaged 8 months ago, I freaked out because I didn't want to have short hair for my wedding in May (5 months from now). As one of my engagement gifts, my mom gave me these supplements and I am so glad that she did! I was skeptical at first because I didn't think that there was a way that these could really help me, but they have helped so much! My hair has grown a significant amount more than it typically does, and it is so much healthier than it ever has been! I also sometimes struggle with the occasional breakout on my face and chest, but I haven't since I started taking these! My nails have also become more health and beautiful. This vitamin makes me feel like a prettier version of myself! I would highly recommend these to anyone who has trouble with their hair, skin or nails!!

My daughter had been wanting some vitamins to help her hair and skin.  After reviewing several different products I opted to go with the Nature's Bounty Skin, Hair and Nail tablets.  She has been using them for two month now with good results.  Her skin is very healthy looking (even helped with her acne), her hair seems stronger with much less split ends and her nails have grown significantly.  I saw some of the cons of the product was the people complained of stomach pain.  To help her with this I insist that she takes them with a meal. I also started her out at one a day for the first week, then I upper her to two a week for the second week not allowing her to go to the full three a day until the fourth week.  She has not had any stomach complaints and is very happy with how her hair, skin, and nails are looking.  She would like to see more significant results with her hair but most reviews I saw said it takes around 3-5 months to see clear volume and length results with the hair.  As of now I am very happy with this product.
