I am always searching for a bargain and the No Ad Sport SPF sunblock lotion definitely qualifies. I have been using this brand for many years now and have been very pleased with the protection it provides against the sun's harmful rays. My daughter has extremely sensitive skin and she has a tendency to burn easily. She has never had a sunburn while using this product. Scent The scent of this sunblock is not overpowering and it has a pleasant subtle quality. Absorption The No Ad sun block is a little thick and difficult to spread evenly over your skin. It takes more effort to rub the product into your skin and it does not absorb quickly. Longevity I have found that this sun block needs to be applied about every four to five hours in order to ensure protection from the sun. It is a fifty SPF and this is adequate and effective. I also appreciate the fact that this product is a sport lotion and it continues to work well, even when you are sweating in the sun. Effectiveness I usually reapply the sun block after swimming because it seems to be sweat proof but not necessarily water proof. Overall I highly recommend the No Ad Sport SPF 50 sunblock to anyone who is looking for a high quality sunscreen that is a real bargain!

I really cannot stand this sunblock. I bought it on vacation when I forgot the one I always use and I am sad to say that it was terrible! It is one of the runniest sunblocks that I have ever experienced. When I squeezed it out of the bottle, it went everywhere. It ran through my fingers and down my leg. It was horrible trying to rub it into my skin. It did not absorb very well at all. Also, I did not like the scent of the lotion. The only thing that I did like about this product was the price, but this is another instance where the price is representative of the quality. I would never purchase this product again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Scent The scent of this sunblock was very odd. I do not think it smelled good at all and I did not like how it smelled on my skin at all. Absorption This product did not absorb near as well as other sunscreen. It was runny and sat on the surface of my skin. Longevity This sunblock was very thin and did not last at all on my skin. I kept having to reapply throughout the day or risk burning even more.

SPF 50 for fair skinned people like myself is a must. I feel protected with No Ad. This sunscreen isn't too expensive and works great. I never use anything less than spf 30. This brand is my favorite. I will also use this on my young child this spring. Scent It's hard to hide the sunscreen smell. I guess it doesn't smell great, but it doesn't bother me at all. Absorption Leaves you tinted white. It's thick in order to work. It takes a bit of rubbing in, but it doesn't the trick. Longevity Lasts long. It's still recommended to re-apply every so often. I swim with this sunscreen on and it still lasts. I keep this in my tackle box for hours out on the river and reapply if it's been a few hours or if I'm getting in and out of the water. Effectiveness Good stuff. It's a great sun screen for the price. I feel like my skin is protected with this sun screen. I feel safe. Ease of Application Easy to apply. It's pretty thick and turns your skin white. To me, that's what sunscreen needs to do to work! I'm fair skinned and need lots of protecting. If you are a ginger with freckles, I would highly recommend no ad.

NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion works well enough but it is very greasy to me and does not smell good at all. The smell is not foul or off-putting so much as it is perplexing, it has something of a chemical smell that is simply unpleasant. This is a lotion style sunscreen and most of them are a little greasy in my opinion but this one is the worst I've tried. You can open the lever type cap to squeeze out what you need and then try to close it tightly, but lets be honest those caps never close right again, and never tightly enough to keep the bottle from leaking when you get a bit of dried up sunscreen stuck in there. *sigh* Scent NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion has an unpleasant (but not disgusting) smell to it that has a hint of some sort of chemical. Absorption NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion absorbs well enough, but is very greasy and that part of it never seems to absorb no matter how long you rub it in. Longevity NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion lasts fairly long, but I cannot speak to extended use as I got annoyed with the greasiness and washed it off. Effectiveness NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion works well and I did not get sunburned while I was wearing it, although this was only a 6 hour time period. Ease of Application NO AD Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion is not very easy to open and close the cap, and nearly impossible to close the cap after a bit of sunscreen has dried in there. I stopped using it but my mom had to keep hers in a plastic bag in order to keep it from getting all over.

I am a fan of No Ad, so when I saw No Ad Sport SPF 50 Sunblock Lotion, I was excited. I always like to have a variety of lotions for the beach. I got this so that my kids can be playing in the sun, ocean and pool for longer amounts of time, without so many reapplications of sunscreen needed. It really works great! I think it is more resistant to sweat and water than the other since it is focused on sports. I also like the high protection. SPF 30 is great, but 50 is definitely better and provides quite a bit more protection. This sunscreen does not make my girls skin all oily and greasy and absorbs rapidly. It is easy to apply and is a nice texture that does not leave their skin white either. Depending on the day out in the sun reapplying every few hours is always a good idea. They have not been burned using NO AD so I am really happy and will continue to buy their products. They come in large sized bottles and have great prices!

I love this sunscreen! Being fair skinned with red hair, I tend to burn easy and need a high SPF sunscreen. This sunscreen stays put even when I'm out sweating and moving around. It's not greasy and does not leave a residue on your skin. The price is affordable and given the size of the bottle, it's a good value for your money.

No-Ad brand of sunblock is our regular brand although we have used others from time to time. The price is better than any other brand out there. The bottle is generally a 16oz bottle and each color is a different protection level. I like that, so every time I need a bottle I know I need the "orange bottle" or the "blue bottle". No-Ad offers these protection levels in the 'sunblock lotion' line that I know of: SPF 8, 15, 30, 45, 50, 60 & 85. They also carry a SPF 4, it's a 'tanning lotion'. No-Ad also carries "Kids" options. There is something for everyone. Scent Very light scent, kind of beachy. Absorption Absorbs well. This sunblock is a lotion and is thick enough to coat your skin well for optimum protection yet it's not too greasy. I don't use it on my face, because I prefer oil-free for my face. Longevity This sunblock lasts awhile, but it is always recommended to reapply often to get the best protection. Read bottle for directions. Effectiveness No-Ad Sport 50 is very water & sweat resistant and offers UVA/UVB Broad Spectrum Protection. No-Ad has added Aloe & Vitamin E for your skin as well. We live at the beach and we're out on the water regularly, but we still always wear sunblock for protection even though we live here. No-Ad works great, we don't burn, we tan. Ease of Application Very easy to apply, just rub in your skin evenly and use enough to cover you good.
