My cats are pretty young, almost kittens, so it is important to me for them to be active so they do not get older faster than they need to.  The Mews Ment Multi-Color Cage Ball cat toy is one of the best ways I have found to keep them active and moving.  They will come running from any corner of the house when they hear the jingling bell inside of these cage balls.  They will bat it around for twenty minutes, at times, just having a great time running around.  It does get lost under the sofa pretty quickly, but they are big enough that I don't lost them down the heat vents like other smaller toys.  The jingle bell also lets me know where the cats are playing if I cannot see them at the moment; I can tell if they are in a space they are not allowed, or if they are getting a little too rough with each other.  I like this toy because it is inexpensive and is providing hours of cat-playing fun in my house!
