I have to rate Melaleuca Mineral Sunblock a 10 for sure. I have been using this sunscreen for several years. I just haven't found anything on the market that compares to Melaleuca Sunblock. Melaleuca uses natural ingredients in their products, sunscreen is no different. it has naturally derived micronized zinc oxide as the active ingredient. I like knowing that when I use Melaleuca Sunscreen, I am putting natural ingredients on my skin. When using this sunscreen, I have the assurance that I will not get burned from the sun. Sometimes when using it, I wonder if I will even get a tan on my skin. It just works that good. I also know that when I am in the water I still have that protection. When using it with my children, I like to apply it a few times through out the day even though I know that it lasts all day and retains the SPF after eighty minutes of use in the water. I have the assurance that it will protect my children from UVA and UVB rays. I have tried other sunscreens and this one is the very best on the market. I highly recommend Melaleuca Mineral Sunblock SPF 30+ for everyone in the family. Scent The scent is good and not to strong, I like that feature. Absorption It absorbs very well into your skin and does not leave a white film or to heavy feel like other sunscreens. Longevity It will last all day and does not wash away after getting in the water. Effectiveness Very effective, it does what it says it will do. Ease of Application It is easy to use, I like the tube that it comes in, easy to use, easy to pack and does not leak out.

Many sunscreens only protect against one or the other. Plus, being natural is a plus because you aren't putting nasty chemicals on your skin. It actually protects your skin in other ways: it has antioxidants and fights free radical damage. It lasts a long time and is super waterproof. It retains is SPF after eighty minutes of actiivty in the water or sweating. That's really important, because what good is sunscreen if it just washes away in the water? I've had several sunscreens that just wash away, even if they say that they ware waterproof. This is a cream sunscreen, but doesn't leave that white film that many do on your skin. It rubs in really well and stays there.
