I had my makeup done by MAC professionals at their counter before my wedding, and purchased several of their items. This is one of only two brushes I have purchased, and the only ones that I need! This blender brush really is all you need to apply your eye shadow. Use one side for the darker shades, the other side for the lighter shades, done. It blends very well, is soft on my eyes (is not abrasive at all!), and works on all the shades. Do not be fooled into them selling you other eyeshadow brushes, really, you can work this one for ALMOST anything. I also recommend purchasing a brush cleanser to extend the life of your brush. I purchased this brush exactly 5 years ago, and it still looks good as new! The hairs are perfect, not deformed or missing at all! I highly recommend this brush, it works soooo much better than the little foam applicators that you get, it is very worth the money. Good value!

I love this brush!  So much so that my mom and my best friend each picked one up after I raved about it.  (By the way... they both love it too!)  I use mine to blend the eye shadow in the crease of my brow.  This brush allows you to be very versatile with your make-up styles. You can use it to create a natural look or something with a lot drama.  The nice thing is that it makes even "complicated" looking make-up really quick and easy.  I know a lot of people don't want to invest in make-up brushes but this one is well worth it.  I've had the same one for a few years.  A couple good cleanings and the bristles are still is in the same great condition as when I first bought it.  It's the one brush in my bag that I couldn't live without.   Save yourself the headache of trying to master "tricky" looking make-up and lots of time in the morning and pick up this brush!  You won't be disappointed.
