I love all Kobalt brand tools. They are fairly cheap, compared to most others. I have a set of Kobalt wire cutters and I love them. I strip wire: work on scrap for extra money and that is one of the best and most versatile tools I have for that work.  They cut wire, cut plastic, I can cut almost anything with them. I have small hands and they are the perfect size for me to hold one-handed. They come in a variety of sizes also. I use them around the house for everyday things too. If you have a nail in the wall that you just can't get out with a hammer, just grab a hold of them and pull, or even cut it.
