I have been doing maintenance for 15 years and i think a Janitrol furnace is the easiest to install and work on.When they do break down like all thing`s do eventually the part`s are usually pretty cheap compared to other system`s.And there simple to install.You can get different stage`s of efficacy which can save you money in the long run and you can right it off on your tax`s.There is big name brands out there but that does not mean there better.Most of them cost more harder to work on and parts cost more.They make them more complicated to work on so you have to hire a service tech that specialize in that brand which will cost a fortane.So it`s not alwasy`s better to go with the big name brand.I insalled one in my home about seven years ago and i have not yet had to work on it once exacept to change the filter.And another way you can save money on these furnace`s is most apartment community have these system`s so most maintenance men know how to install them and service them and you will save atleast half on installs and a third on rpair`s.
