I just purchased QuickBooks Online Simple Start 2011 as I am venturing out into a small business and needed something that would keep up with customers, make invoices, receipts, etc. I installed this product with no problems. It is very self explanatory and walks you through the set up. I can already tell is going to be a great help in keeping records. This Quickbooks is for new Quickbook users, which I am. You don't need to have any accounting experience. You can get free product support. If you can't find the answer online you can call and get help. So far their FAQ have helped me and I have not used the phone for help. Stay organized and in control of your business.
